Erin Bradley

  • Began dancing under the direction of Susan Carter in 1984
  • Cecchetti trained and examined through Grade III
  • Participated in regional competitions and workshops
  • Past choreographer for Silver Lake Ski Show Team
  • 2003 graduate of Eastern Michigan University
  • Special Education teacher for Huron Valley Schools
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Emotional Impairment and Autism at Oakland University

Chelsea Carter

  • Regional and National completion winner
  • 15 year student at the Fenton School of Dance
  • Studied in New York with such notables as Mike Minnery, Frank Hatchett, Mark Bergasse and Savion Glover
  • Holds a Grade IV Cecchetti Ballet Certificate
  • Award-winning choreographer in several competition seasons, including a special award for “Best Technique”
  • Former FSD dancer under the direction of Susan Carter
  • Attending the University of Michigan Flint campus majoring in theatre with a dance emphasis

Crystyl Mitchell-Fritz

  • Danced on stage and in film and television with Cher and Whitney Houston
  • Appeared on the Today Show as well as in commercials for Aoki, Guess, Boss and Cedar Point
  • Choreographer for “Night of a Thousand Chers”, several industrial productions for Reebock and Revlon, among others, and Cedar Point Live Entertainment
  • Founder/Director of the PROJECT DANCE EVENTS
  • Has taught for the Broadway Dance Center, MSU, GVSU, “Get Up and Dance” and “Jamnation” conventions, plus multiple colleges, studios, companies and schools across the country

Shannon Groves 

  • Studied under Susan Carter
  • Cechetti trained and examined in ballet
  • Participated in regional & national dance competitions and workshops
  • Performer and Choreographer
  • B.A. in Elementary Education
  • Masters Degree in "Early Childhood" Education
  • Teaches Third Grade in the Fenton School System

Anne Marie Loesch

  • BA in Dance from the University of North Carolina
  • Began dancing professionally with Dance Central, Kinetyx Dance Ensemble, and Moving Poets Theatre of Dance
  • She has both danced professionally and taught dance in Columbus, Atlanta, and Chicago

Lisa Waterfield

  • Studied, trained and competed in the UK from the age of 5
  • Passed primary through grade IV ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) exams with honors in ballet, tap and jazz
  • Bronze, silver and gold junior medalists in tap with ISTD.
  • Attained gold standard in adult tap with IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association)
  • Part of world record breaking team for most tap dancers tapping at one time

Meredith Weldon

  • A 2001 graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Marketing and Spanish
  • Has a Masters Degree in Education
  • Studied dance at WMU as well as at La Pique Dance Studio under the direction of Lisa Bredahl
  • Studied internationally, taking classes in Ballet and Flamenco while living in Spain
  • Former FSD dancer under the direction of Susan Carter
  • Teaches high school Spanish at Genesee High School

Robert Woodruff

  • 14 years dance experience in tap, ballet and jazz, studying under Susan N. Carter and Lisa Clark
  • Trained in ballet, jazz and modern at Eastern Michigan University
  • Competed in Regional and National competitions, receiving top marks in both
  • Member of Jazz Dance Theatre Youth Project in 2000, under the direction of Adam B. Clark
  • Holds a Grade IV Cecchetti Ballet Certificate
  • Awarded a Dupree Dance Scholarship in Ballet
