Class Schedules

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: 

  • Monday 7:15 and 8:00 Pointe classes at FSD are being temporarily moved to Saturdays.
  • Wednesday 4:00 Modern Production class at the DX is cancelled until further notice.

How to Register for 2009/2010 Classes

You must have Microsoft Word (MS Word) installed on your computer in order to open MS Word documents.  If you can not open these documents, copies can be obtained from our studios.
  1. See the 2009-2010 Class Schedule (pop-up window, last updated on September 1, 2009)

    Regarding the Class Schedule:  The class schedule may be amended at any time to better accommodate the dancers and studio.   Classes may be added or they can be changed or cancelled if there are not enough teachers, interest, or students to support it.  The last updated date for the schedule is noted above.

  2. Download and complete the 2009-2010 Registration Form (MS Word, 38KB, last updated on July 30, 2009). 

    NOTE:  If you would like to have payments automatically deducted and billed to your credit card, fill out the AutoPay Authorization/Enrollment Form (MS Word, 36KB, last updated on July 29, 2009).

    See the 2009-2010 Rate Sheet  (MS Word, 26KB, last updated on July 29, 2009). 
  3. Download and sign the Cost/Consent Form (MS Word, 32KB, last updated on July 23. 2009) 
  4. Drop off the following at one of our studio locations (see maps).
    • Completed '2009-2010 Registration Form'
    • Signed 'Cost/Consent Form'
    • The 'AutoPay Authorization/Enrollment Form' if applicable
